Hello
I believe our health is a basic right, yet we are stripped of this in many ways. We're more time-poor than ever, bombarded with clever and confusing marketing ploys on products. Even people in the fitness industry only seem interested in making a quick buck, selling you things you don't need or doesn't work. Big pharma keeps you sick to maintain high profits, while chemical and sugar companies lobby governments and influence research labs. Online Professors, doctors, dietitians, and contradicting health experts are trying to sell magic bullet books and fad diets, making cash from social media. Not to mention our failing health service, which slaps band-aids on issues rather than addressing the root causes. The list goes on, and I, for one, am fed up with it.
If I were to summarise the Free Longevity Plan, it's simply to stop putting junk into our bodies, move more, sleep better, socialise and learn more. That's it. But that's easier said than done, so the 12-step plan eases us into this and educates us along the way.
Everything is fact-checked. However, it's all pure logic. Anything unclear, lacking data, or in dispute, I err on the side of caution. And if in doubt, I leave it out.
Do the plan. Your future self will thank you for it.

QnA
Does this plan actually work?
January 2025, I launched this plan and invited 12 people from all walks of life to join—young and old, male and female, with and without medical conditions. The results were remarkable. Within just a few weeks, participants reported weight loss, improved energy, and in some cases, even a reversal of certain medical issues such as high blood pressure, diverticulitis flare-ups, ADHD symptoms, and more.
I expected positive outcomes, but the speed and extent of the improvements surprised even me. Now, as I write this, five months since starting Step One, many participants continue to see meaningful improvements in their daily lives. While not everyone stuck with the plan, those who did haven’t looked back. So yes, based on experience and results, I can confidently say this plan works.

Are you qualified to give nutrition, excercise or life advice?
I hold a Level 2 Certification in Nutrition and Health, but more importantly, the principles in this plan are grounded in common sense and backed by solid research. I truly believe there isn't a reputable medical professional who would object to the core guidance—unless they’re selling something themselves.
Over the years, I’ve studied nutrition, exercise science, and lifestyle habits from Blue Zones around the world. I've also learned to critically filter out misinformation. If I’m ever in doubt about something, I leave it out.
Why are all the pictures of Roman statues?
The ancient imagery on this site is intentional, for several reasons. First, it reminds us of our mortality "memento mori". Life is short, time moves fast, and we should aim to live long and well.
Second, it draws inspiration from the philosophies of ancient Greece and Rome—especially the Stoics like Zeno, Epictetus, and Marcus Aurelius. Their teachings promote simplicity, health, usefulness, and harmony with nature—core values of this plan.
Lastly, those times were free of ultra-processed foods, digital distractions, and industrial pollution. People lived naturally, within their means, and in sync with the world around them. That simplicity is something we can all learn from today.
Do you use AI?
Yes, but only for support. Everything on this website—every step, every blog—is researched and written by me. I occasionally use AI tools to check grammar, spelling, and facts. But rest assured, the content is created from the heart and mind of a real person.
